Thursday, July 16, 2015 - PNP consumed over a couple of hours, last sip about the same as the first. THis wine seems to have started to mellow some, heat from the 15.7% alcohol wasn't as bad as the taste at the pick up party. Well balanced with dark berries, some cherry and just a hint of pepper. Still a big powerful Paso red but very enjoyable.
