Sunday, April 5, 2009 - Deep ruby throughout. Fantastic nose of cherries, provencial herbs, and Korean soy sauce. Lithe body and wonderful mouthfeel of raspberries and sour cherries, leather, kirsch, and slight licorice. Slight oakiness/cedar throughout, but loses some balance by being just a touch hot. Another couple of years and this may be in the sweet spot.
