Sunday, May 1, 2011 - Great aroma and bouquet - what I expect from a higher end South African Cab. Clean dust and chalkiness - Light acid finish brings score down otherwise would be in the early 90s. Smooth tannins - still moderate and very drinkable - would drink this a lot with cheeses.
