Sunday, April 12, 2015 - Wow, this is a wine that's easy to love. P&P. I have to throw away my preconceptions of the grape; this was unlike any Mourvèdre I've had from Provence or the Southern Rhone or any Monastrell from Spain. More Cru Bojo than Bandol. What stood out most is it's freshness, like a young Fluerie. Translucent faint ruby color, light-to-medium bodied, fresh raspberry, a little mourvedre funk. Impossible not to like; in fact, hard not to empty the glass too quickly.
