Monday, May 4, 2015 - Aroma: meaty and spicy aromas with red currants and cherries. Notes of potpourri.
Palate: juicy and complex with an interesting tension between roasted meat and red fruits. Beautifully balanced tannins and acids. Some violet tinged floral notes in the background. Very good.
