Friday, January 29, 2016 - Barolo and Burgundy dinner - 79 Cristal, 89 & 93 DRC Ech, 05 RSV, 10 Rousseau CdB and etc. (The Grill Room at Capella Hotel Georgetown): Pure decadence, sweet red fruits, candied strawberry and raspberry, pinot rose, more pronounced smoke salmon than the last bottle, brioche and mineral. Incredibly fine mousse, airy, candied red fruits, limestone, bright acidity and seamless long finish. Absolutely delicious.
