Nose is clean, medium intensity, with yeasty, biscuity aromas. Developing.
On the palate, dry, rounded mouth-feel with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon, biscuit, and a hint of minerality. Long finish.
