Sunday, June 28, 2015 - A little thin. But never the less quite nice. Leathery earth spicy with dark fruits. Low tannins. Light body.

I was just curious as to whether the Hilltops was unusually thin for a Hilltops, particularly given it's from the acclaimed 2013 vintage. It's not going to have the body of a Barossa Shiraz, but then again it was never designed to be that kind of shiraz anyway.
