Monday, February 8, 2016 - Tasted next to 2000 La Landonne and La Turque. Again the most fruit driven on the nose - very ripe, almost voluptuous. Smoky, meaty, peppery. Again rich and a little sweet on the palate. Firm but round tannins, good acidity and great overall balance. Very long but on a relative basis less complex and elegant compared to the other 2000s. The most evolved and ready. 92-94
