Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Anyone who says they would get this blind as a new world is a liar. Total chablis style. Leesy. Saline. Minerals. Oyster shells.. So acidic it almost Hurts. Not for acid reflux folks. Reminds me of a young piuze. No other CA producers are doing this style. Even the unoaked trend doesn't produce a single wine remotely close to this. The Watson is so close to this that I'm not sure that's not the smarter buy.
