Friday, October 10, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of many small bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity aromas of butter, green fruit (green apple, pear) and hints of cookies and acetaldehyde. The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body with a creamy mousse. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of green fruit (green apple, pear), butter and hints of cookies. The finish is medium.

It is a good quality wine. It has a nice fruit concentration and a good overall balance between all structural elements. However it could be more complex and the finish longer. Drink now, not intended for ageing, it will lose its fizz and will become sour.
