Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Slight taste of exotic fruits...maybe some citrus.....beautiful blend of a light butterscotch with a steely minerality finish.....still debating the perfect music to accompany...!
Loved this wine with some grilled summer squash and grilled french loaf...
The wine looks light gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like guava and honeydew. It tastes like butterscotch and mineral. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium.
