Sunday, July 19, 2015 - Tasted blind. Unclear straw yellow color. Lots of aspects on the nose here. Potato chips, umami and stock. A bit too much alcohol. A lemony acidity. Ripe fruits, minerality, crushed rocks, liquorize, caraway and pine. On the palate it's fresh, acidic, lovely and powerful. Ripe fruit, herbs and berrybush. Actually quite good!
