Friday, July 17, 2015 - First slightly reductive, but opens up nicely in the big glass. Beautiful nose of hazelnut, yellow fruits, minerality (crushed stones, slate), peach, smoke. On the palate there is also some mint and tons of mineral tension. It's medium+ bodied and dense, almost creamy but with medium-high acidity providing a lot freshness. Small bubbles that are very elegant. Good length with a touch of bitterness adding complexity. What a beautiful and elegant Blanc de Noirs... and for this level of quality it's quite a value.
