Wednesday, May 6, 2015 - Papaya spear, river rock, grapefruit, white pineapple and Wrigley's gum. Such strength and yet quite approachable. Always in the pantheon of top California Sauvignon Blancs - I would put Araujo and Rochioli there as well. You could start a tasting with this or end it: the structure and fruit really show prowess. Drink now - 2020.
