Monday, June 1, 2015 - Pop and pour and served with food (chicken meatballs in a tomato sauce).
Followed over three hours and then re-corked.
A simple and "quaffable" table wine. Nicely balanced with some cedar and dark fruits. Nothing too impressive. Drinkable but not complex.
Tasted the following day after being re-corked and it was oxidized and flat. Poured the rest down the drain.
