Tuesday, September 23, 2014 - Note this tasting note is for the Septima Obra Cabernet Sauvignon. 14.5%, but very plush and refined. Gorgeous oak integration is a feature of this delicious wine. Very ribena in character. This had complexity, and depth but perhaps could have more layers. slight nuttiness on the finish. I like this for its style. Certainly not NZ, USA or Aussie in style. Nice proportion is the compelling aspect of the wine.
