Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - Shining light green color. Nose of honeydew, straw and river stone. Medium body. Citrus, lime, grapefruit, and sea shell in the mouth. The finish is quite intriguing, very Chablis. Drinking well on the first two days, dissolved on the third. While enjoying this, make sure you have some seafood and shells on your hand, or you will be deeply regret.
