Monday, May 4, 2015 - Very light garnet approaching rosé with light strawberry nose. Acid and light tannins bracket the strawberry fruit. very restrained almost like a more robust rosé. drinking very well with the low 10.5% alc. would pair nicely with the fresh caught salmon we had the other night.
