Friday, May 8, 2015 - This is the old fashioned cal chard of my youth. All butter and vanilla and oak sitting on top of the fruit. I used to love this style and would sip at a glass for hours but now it seems too over the top and artificial. Good in its style, but not what I'm looking for today.
