Tuesday, July 21, 2015 - A private tasting (Restaurant De Burgemeester *, Linschoten, Netherlands): A blend of Les Clous and Les Crotots, hence Clousots. Fresh and elegant style, much more refined than the Tillets, slender and compact, still a bit closed, slightly salty minerality, perfectly integrated oak, playful, tightly wound, almost Riesling-like finesse, a lovely wine but needs a few years. Pure but lacks some weight in the Meursault context.
