Friday, April 2, 2004 - Medium ruby core with brick red rim, orangey tints. Quite intense, developed nose, with red and black cherry, savoury and farmyard notes. Also herbal hints. On the palate this is medium/medium + bodied, with crisp (but balanced) acidity. Quite good depth here with black cherry, herbal and savoury notes and a decent length, well balanced finish. Very good burgundy, drinking well now and perhaps over the next 2-3 years.
