Thursday, February 11, 2016 - The nose was surprisingly fresh with lifting minerality, ripe cherry, crushed stone and wild herbs. On the palate, it displayed energetic, acid driven textures as layers of ripe red and black fruits flowed across the senses. The finish was long, with brisk acidity creating freshness and lingering notes of, minerals, tart berry and inner floral tones.
