Wednesday, January 9, 2013 - Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs - Double Blind; 1/8/2013-1/9/2013 (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): - Garnet color with fast forming legs. It's in total harmony with a light/medium body. Satin-Like texture with a long finish - Luis' wine. Amazing for a 42 year old wine. Luis said the keep it in cask for 20 years, and then in bottle for 10 more!!! One of favorites of the night, I nursed my pour.
