Wednesday, February 3, 2016 - Stunning.

Starts off with a wierd mix of matchsticks and barnyard. Gone after 10 minutes of decanting. Opens beautifully with a cool and precise fruit. Dark spices underlying throughout. Velvet and fresh. Tannins give a good structure while staying smooth as puppy fur.

Best village experience ever!

Upgraded from 93 to 95 a posteriori.

    1/1/2017 6:39:00 PM - Excellent, glad to see this performance in a Village Cru, given the prices for the 1er/Grand Crus. Thanks for this note, keep them coming in Egl as Nowegian is not really helpful to most users.
