Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Complex aromatics of charred meat, rosemary, blood plum, cherry, tar and violets. It is plush and juicy in the mouth with malleable tannins. Acidity feels relatively low but the wine is fresh and there's a salty mineral thing that boots in towards the finish. Deliciously gluggable.
