It is that time of year to open a 2012, our third anniversary married made special today by the birth of our son last week (home from the hospital yesterday). This is a wonderful wine, tropical fruits with a hint of honey on the nose, the palate shows great acidity, good yellow fruit and also a hint of honey here. It went perfectly with fried perch, asparagus and new potatoes. I think Ilocki is one of the best Croatian continental region producers, excellent stuff!
