Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - In a very good drinking window right now. Decanted, but I don't think that it is necessary. Rich and broad entry with plum, currants, cedar and mocha are complexed with secondary notes of hoisin. Tannins are balanced with the richness of the wine. Enjoyed with a standing rib roast.
