Saturday, April 4, 2015 - Clear, medium ruby color. Clean aromas, medium intensity, lots of secondary, developing, showing black cherry, baked orange rind, bitter chocolate, lavender. Medium+ acid and moderate tannins. Bright fruit flavors on the front palate- juicy black cherry and fig with underlying mineral earth notes and hints of spice, white pepper and flowers through the back. Nicely balanced throughout. Medium body with fine polished tannins. Juicy red fruit on the finish. Very nice.
