Monday, May 25, 2015 - Stunning - a perfect bottle. Gorgeously pure nose of ripe yellow fruit that is complicated by floral notes and that vaguely chalky oxidative tone that seems to permeate every proper Jura white wine, regardless of whether or not is it topped up (and this is). Beautiful complexity and harmony on the palate, with perfect acidity and great length. Grew and developed in the glass over a few hours. Beautiful wine, and the thing that stands out for me is the harmonious package - the wine is perfectly composed, and so very highly expressive. Reference standard.
