Sunday, December 27, 2015 - Tasted blind. Deep bronze, smells like very old Sauternes with caramel, saffron, brine, and some chlorine pool. Citric acidity with some orange, salty caramel, mostly digested sugar leaves a slightly bitter metallic finish. Reminds me of a '61 Suduiraut tasted last year, guessing this has to be a Sauternes of similar era.
