Sunday, April 19, 2015 - I guess I am a hard grader. Cherry, cola (lots of cola), raspberry, vanilla and a touch of earth. More tart than I expected, Maybe better with another year in the bottle. Best with sautéed mushrooms. Ok with chicken. Maybe better with lamb or salmon? Ok QPR at $20 close-out price but expensive at $40. Maybe drink now or hold a year or two.

100% French oak with only 20% new oak. Only 36 barrels made in 2010.
