Wednesday, June 17, 2015 - This wine blew me away! It is light ruby in color, and quite thin. There are flavors of ripe strawberries and cherries and my nose detected vanilla as well. This Pinot is very smooth and polished. Paired this with grilled smoked Salmon, and it was perfect. I am going to buy a case to enjoy this summer.
