Friday, June 26, 2015 - Gorgeous nose of cherries, leather, violets, and sage. Palate has notes of cherries, thyme, and earth. Nice tannins and great acidity. Easy to see why many have spoken so highly of the 2010 vintage.

Tons of potential. Definitely needs more time, but has great promise. Notes taken after 1-2 hours in the decanter. Score reflects current state, but this could easily end up closer to Parker's 94 or even exceed it. I will hold my other bottle for 3 years or so.
