Friday, February 12, 2010 - Wow was this ripe. White pepper, oregano and hugely intense black fruit with a good hit of alcohol on the nose. You can tell there is good construction on the palate, but it does get lost in the waves of super-ripe fruit. I think this may mellow a little bit with time?
