Wednesday, June 30, 2010 - Stunning!! Opened on the advice of the Brussels group ... and not sorry. Great nose of kirsch, toasted cherries and earth. Palate of plums, cassis, spice and forest floor with a meaty undertone. Great, concentrated mouth feel...almost chewy... long finish. Certainly more open for business than the 2003 Da Capo we drank last summer.
