Friday, February 18, 2011 - Great when just opened - and tasted at 13.5 degrees - very provencal, very Pegau, full bodied, young, adorable. Now, at 16 degrees, the alcohol (14 procent? I think not!) is showing more, still a great wine, but there is certainly a delicate balance - like dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde vis a vis the temperature and time with air. Very open, but will keep for many years. Dinner at home.
