Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Spring Warm Up Tasting (The Lyon's Tree House): Four hour decant. If you're not into savory wines, don't open this (I'll buy yours!). This has nice fruit (Kirsch, fig, raspberry) but the experience is all about the leather, iron, wet underbrush, licorice, and spice notes that go on and on. Drinking great, has five years easy.
