Saturday, December 15, 2007 - Wow. As is typical for me and my experience I picked up a lot of brett with the first glass. The second, which was poured about 30 minutes later was fantastic. Rustic, smooth and spicy and oh so good. Dark fruits, and a bit of funk. Decent finish
