Friday, March 20, 2015 - Opened by R&C to kick off the evening at our favorite local BYO place. This has a pale copper/pink color and a soft mousse. Aromas of mineral, strawberry and rose petals. It has a fairly coarse texture and flavors of berry, melon and vanilla cream with nice underlying acidity. Could add a point or two if the texture softens.
