Friday, April 17, 2015 - Gracefully low in alcohol, I have to admit that if tasted blind, I probably would've thought this was a Flanders red ale and not sparkling cabernet sauvignon. Tannic, dry, refreshing, nervy, and definitely something you'd want to drink with food, I think. Be careful when opening it; even though it was well chilled, it overflowed the bottle almost immediately and made a mess of my kitchen floor... this is probably something you'd want to open over a bowl and then decant that into your glass!

8/20/2015 10:08:00 AM - Dang it, my neighbors gave me a gift certificate to The Rose and I promptly lost it :(

I'll have to sign up for the mailing list ASAP! Really dug the Los Pilares wines I've tried so far. Keep up the awesome work!
