Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Coravin taste-off: 2010 Brunellos: Very nice nose, with red fruit and earth and a balsamic note. On the palate this is medium bodied, with nice fruit and savory notes including balsamic again. Some tannic grip at the end, but not drinking badly even at this very young stage. This should develop nicely, but it is just a bit disjointed at this stage. If this all comes together and smooths out, it will be excellent.
