Thursday, December 31, 2015 - New Year's Eve bottle. Chilled in ice water bath. Yeast immediate on opening. Golden straw with slight blush in some light. Strong, long lasting bubble streams. Plentiful fruit - cherry, strawberry, maybe some apple with some spice and honey secondarily. Light alcohol. Medium acid adds a good tartness. This sparkling would go well with food. Very complex, excellent overall, and worthy of the price. 91 to 93 pts.

84% Pinot Noir, 16% Chardonnay from Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino, and Napa.
