Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. No disgorgement information noted.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of yellow pears, yellow apples and a bit spice. Flavors of yellow apples, yellow pears and a dash of lemon. Bright, vibrant acidity, medium to full bodied. Seems to be a fairly recent disgorgement based solely on palate presentation. Drink over the short term.
