Saturday, May 23, 2015 - Popped and poured. Colour of medium honey and gold; a nice aromatic nose of ripe red apples, apricots, and a hint of salinity and honeysuckles. This has a nice palate of ripe apricots, orange rinds, and a kiss of honey. Balanced on the palate and the acidity is still hanging in there. Medium+ body with a medium+ finish. A nice aged auslese for some after dinner relaxation.
