Monday, January 4, 2016 - I like it, but this just isn't what Lauren means to me. It's great that all of the elements keep the alcohol in check, but it seems two dimensional. Good tropical fruits, lemon oil, and lovely jasmine and honeysuckle buds. Some nice smoke wafts in through there, but it's never inviting me for another sip unless I have something to eat (which was an amazing risotto today by the way). Very good Chard, but One of the least amazing Laurens in recent memory.
