Saturday, October 5, 2013 - Pale red, clear edges and moderately long drops.
Cherry, Wood, vanilla and graphite nose.
Cherry, rhubarb and faint wood taste.
Bright fruit, lively. Quite acidic. Faint alcohol and restrained tannins. Long aftertaste.
A bit austere, but matched well with mutton, which made it appear sweeter.
