Monday, March 23, 2015 - Nose: Cranberry, ash, tobacco, orange peel, menthol, charred oak. Taste PNP followed nose.
After 1hr decant: Awesome! Red fruit - cranberry, ripe cherry, tobacco, thyme/rosemary, still touch of menthol.
Brilliant with Arctic Char seasoned with garlic and rosemary
