Friday, February 6, 2015 - Tasting in Châteauneuf-du-Pape; 2/5/2015-2/7/2015 (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhône, France): Nose of dark fruit, spice, and earth. Soft and approachable, with dense fruit (dark berries and plum) and fine tannins. Lots of structure, with grippy, drying tannins and good acidity.
