Friday, January 8, 2016 - Popped and poured. Took a few minutes to really show something. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, earth and flowers. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, olive, game, iron and herb. Ends with a finish of about 20 seconds but ends with a more earthy, gamy theme. Nice wine but not in the same league as the great 2011.
